为了让树英er对未来专业及职业的选择能够有更好的判断，也为了进一步提升大家的社交、实践能力，树英Career在2012年应运而生。树英Career专门支持孩子们的社会化成长，让大家获得组织力、领导力、沟通力的提升，也为大家提供更多更优质的实习机会，开始提前准备职业规划。

树英Career将不定期邀请一名Guest Speaker到树英来为大家讲述他们的人生经历，介绍他们所处的行业，分享他们的成功心得。让学生通过他人的故事，对自己的未来人生更多地思考。此外，树英学生陆续去到贝恩咨询、埃森哲、上海震旦博物馆、上海东方艺术中心、上海文化广场、维果清、栋梁、派悦坊、摩登系、中国三明治、特赞、共禾京品、迷影网等机构实习。我们将根据对方公司提供的职位要求，推荐满足条件的学生前往企业，亲身了解这个行业，体验企业文化，挖掘自己的兴趣。自己参与在其中才能真正明白各种酸甜苦辣。

“像大多数小伙伴一开始一样，我起初也把自己的树英Career和人在上海更多地当成EC里面会对大学申请有用的所谓“亮点”，好像在EC的列表上有一些新颖高大上的活动，就可以提高被大学录取的几率。不可以否认的是，在提交申请的时候EC的list一定会起到作用，但是我真心觉得，能够真正起到作用的，是你在做这些活动中经历的，成长的，感悟的东西。不论是我在做Career的时候遇到的各种各样的梦想家，还是我在做人在上海的时候路上遇到的人，都或多或少地启发了我很多关于生活、未来、选择的看法，让我思考了很多。不知不觉中这些东西就塑造了一个成长了的自己。这些感悟可以渗透到我的每一篇文章里，可以让我自如地深刻地真诚地回答面试官的问题。这些对申请会起到比较大的帮助，最最重要的是，这些经历真正影响到了我本身。”

Career Exploration

We created the Shuying Career Center in 2012 to better aid our students in preparing for their futures. We aim to strengthen their social and practical skills by providing them with valuable real-life experiences. Shuying students can take advantage of these opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.

Every year, the Shuying Career Center invites guest speakers to talk about their experiences. By listening to these professionals’ stories, students are more well-prepared to make their own career decisions. In addition to organizing such events, our students have completed internships at organizations such as Bain Consulting, Accenture, Shanghai Aurora Museum, Shanghai Oriental Art Center, Shanghai Cultural Square, and more. We work with companies to determine the right fit and encourage students to pursue professional experiences in order to truly experience life in these fields. We hope that, through these opportunities, Shuying students will be able to find their passion.
